Return policy
If you are not satisfied with our services or believe that they were provided poorly, we give you the opportunity to get your money back.
To do this, you must submit a refund request within 14 days of service, indicating the reason for the return. We will review your request within 5 business days.
If your request is approved, the refund will be made to the card or wallet from which the payment was made. Please note that the bank may charge a fee for the return of funds.
